Rare sets, minifigures, bulk bricks and a unique stop for LEGO fans in downtown Haines City.

If you’re a LEGO fan, collector, or just looking for something different to do in Haines City, Brick Heads is worth checking out.

Located at 610 Ingraham Avenue in downtown Haines City, Brick Heads is a locally owned LEGO store filled with sets, minifigures, individual pieces, and plenty of harder-to-find items. The store opened in late 2024 and has quickly become a unique addition to downtown.

One of the first things you’ll notice is the variety. Brick Heads carries new and pre-owned LEGO sets, including rare and retired sets that can be difficult to find in traditional retail stores. There are collections from popular themes like Star Wars, Marvel, Harry Potter, vehicles, and plenty of others.

They also have a large selection of individual LEGO minifigures, including a wall filled with different characters. If you want to create your own, there are bins where you can mix and match heads, bodies, accessories, and other pieces to build a custom minifigure.

For builders, one of the best parts of the store is the bulk LEGO selection. You can purchase assorted pieces by the bucket, making it a good option if you simply want a large mix of bricks for your own creations. In the back of the store, pieces are also organized by color, which can be especially helpful if you are trying to replace a missing piece or find something specific for an existing set.

You’ll even find fully built LEGO sets available for sale, giving collectors another way to find unique pieces without having to start from scratch.

Brick Heads also buys and trades LEGO sets, minifigures, and bulk pieces, so if you have a collection sitting around at home, it may be worth bringing it in.

Families are welcome too. There is a dedicated area in the back where kids can sit down, play, and build while exploring the store.

Whether you’re searching for a rare set, replacing a missing brick, shopping for a unique gift, or just looking for a fun local stop in Polk County, Brick Heads offers something you won’t find at a typical big-box store.

A proposed data center in Haines City is drawing attention after city officials said they do not currently have the water capacity to support the project. The proposed facility would be built near State Road 544 and Marion Road. According to city officials, the project could require approximately 150,000 gallons of water per day. Before the project could move forward, the city would need additional approvals related to its water supply. As of today, the project has not been approved. While this proposal is specific to Haines City, it reflects a much larger conversation taking place across Polk County.
